Hi, welcome to my new site. I am really excited to be offering osteopathy from a beautiful location in Shoreham, Kent.
Osteopathy is a recognised system of healthcare, applicable for the whole family, using a hands-on approach to examination and treatment to affect both the immediate injury or pain but also to look at underlying function of the structures of the body which may be leading to injury or preventing recovery.
I will be using this platform to write about health related topics, with some hints and tips about how to stay pain free and in good shape to enjoy your life!
